SHOW WEEK -

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

2/29-3/5

Rehearsals this week are MANDATORY. We need everyone present to ensure the show is ready to go for the weekend!
All remaining rehearsals are DRESS REHEARSALS. Be sure to have ALL pieces of your costumes (shoes included). All costumes should be in a bag and labeled with your name.
TUESDAY- 3/1 we will have rehearsal with MICS. This is the only MIC rehearsal before Thursday’s in-school show.
THURSDAY, 3/3- In-School Show- 1) Come to school with most of your makeup done and ALL of your costumes. 2) Report to homeroom to check-in then come right down the auditorium. 3) The show will begin at the start of 2nd period (approximately 9am) and run through 3rd period. 4) You will have 4th period to change and clean up and then you will report to 5th period. 5) Based on the performance, we may or may not have rehearsal that afternoon.

CALL TIMES- 5:30pm for Friday night and Saturday night. 11:30am for Saturday afternoon. You may go home in between the Saturday afternoon and evening show, however, be sure to back promptly at 5:30pm.
Remind your families/friends attending the show that there are NO ASSIGNED SEATS. Everyone will be expected to wait on line, so make sure they arrive early with their tickets!!
HANDICAP SEATING- Individuals that require handicap seating are on a list and will be seated first. The handicap individual may enter the auditorium with ONE other person. They will not be permitted to save multiple seats for people.

I am truly looking forward to an amazing weekend with all of you. Thank you for working so hard these past few months. Now it is time to show off and have fun!! BREAK A LEG!
